Senior Threat Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Threat Researcher to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the design of a novel product that has a significant impact on enterprise security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in threat research and analysis. You will be responsible for implementing security and compliance content to the product, investigating SaaS design and data models, and discovering novel solutions to provide visibility, security, compliance, and remediation tools for enterprise SaaS application environments.

The role involves:

  • Security and Compliance Content Implementation: Design and implement security and compliance content to ensure the product meets the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.
  • SaaS Design and Data Model Investigation: Investigate SaaS design and data models to identify areas for improvement and translate them into security graphs consumed by the SPM product.
  • Threat Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough threat research and analysis to discover novel solutions that provide visibility, security, compliance, and remediation tools for enterprise SaaS application environments.
  • Cloud Security Exploration: Explore different threat vectors for cloud services to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide domain expertise and support to multiple stakeholders, including engineering, research, product management, customer success, and customer support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of information security principles and practices.
  • Experience in threat research and analysis, with a strong background in SaaS-specific security.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Shell, to solve technical problems.
  • Experience working with public cloud security and other security solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
