Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead the development of our FinTech mobile app's backend foundation. This role involves designing and implementing high-performance systems that handle real-time financial data, low-latency execution pipelines, and mission-critical APIs.

  • Create scalable microservices using Node.js and NestJS for efficient data processing.
  • Design and build APIs and services over REST, WebSockets, and gRPC for seamless trading, portfolio updates, and event-driven alerts.
  • Optimize system performance to achieve sub-100ms response times for trading-grade performance.
  • Establish clear API contracts and generate Swagger/OpenAPI documentation for better collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless integration with mobile frontend, AI/ML services, and data pipelines for a unified experience.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2) for sensitive data protection.
  • Integrate secure practices for handling financial and personal data (KYC, 2FA, PCI/DSS awareness) to maintain regulatory alignment.
Required Skills
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing high-performance systems.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS for building scalable microservices.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and audit trails for regulatory compliance.
