Fabrication Supervisor

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate daily fabrication activities according to production schedules.
  • Maintain adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards.
  • Manage workforce allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication equipment effectively.
  • Enhance productivity (output per man-day), minimize rework, and reduce delays.
  • E nsure timely clearance of WPS, NDT, and material traceability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves and ASME standards.
  • Effective leadership and hands-on supervision skills.
