Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Servicing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices to create innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive reports for social media and brand analysis, and maintain accurate trackers with relevant information.
  • Invoice clients promptly and follow up on payments in a timely manner, adhering to internal timelines and priorities.

Requirements:
