Senior Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development efforts and spearhead the growth of our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling complex applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will drive technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.
  • Define and Enforce Frontend Architecture: Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Hands-On Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.
  • Architect and Build Responsive Applications: Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
  • Evaluate and Recommend Tools: Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality and Performance: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor Application Performance: Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
  • Communicate Progress: Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
