We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business needs to develop effective solutions
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of data integration processes and IREB standards
  • Applying technical competence in data integration architecture
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement business logic and ensure effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong insurance domain skills with business analytical expertise
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure in Insurance projects
  • IREB CPRE Certificate preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • UML notation and usage of Enterprise Architect
  • Technical competence in MS-Office products, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and JIRA
  • Basic knowledge of data streaming middleware with a focus on requirements engineering (IREB)
Education:
  • University or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, mathematics, economics, business informatics, computer science
