Job Description:

In this role, you will develop high-performing visual content that drives customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.

You will create and manage ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics and a proven track record in creating impactful website designs and high-performing social media ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
