We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tender Manager to lead our efforts in public sector IT solutions, managing relationships with government clients and expanding our presence in the industry.

About the Role:

This critical role requires a strategic thinker with technical depth and knowledge of the company and industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of government procurement processes, policies, and GeM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Monitor market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with major IT vendors (HP, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet)
  • Previous experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales
  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and data center technologies
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or procurement
Tender Management Expertise:

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale tenders from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
