About the Role:

We seek an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Professional to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In this position, you will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
