As a seasoned Salesforce architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for clients in the energy and utility sector. Your expertise in Energy and Utility Cloud and Vlocity CPQ will enable you to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, and MS Dynamics Finance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Fusion systems and external systems, utilizing various integration patterns such as file-based, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Develop scalable and sustainable architecture solutions that align with industry best practices and ensure long-term success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Industries (CPQ, Omniscript, etc.), and ideally AWS (serverless - step functions, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or the Dynamics platform is a plus.
  • Understanding of the B2C customer lifecycle: Lead → Quote → Opportunity → Order → Cash.
