Role Overview

High-performing teams need a dedicated Agile expert to support them in delivering innovative solutions for the banking sector. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events and all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Delivery & Execution Support

  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with company-level objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile expert in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Agile Coach (CAC) and/or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
