Program Management Position

This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and financial transformation projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and overseeing execution of key programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of strategic projects and initiatives from a senior leadership office, including financial digitization and automation.
  • Manage governance calendars, reviews, and ensure timely tracking of critical deliverables across finance verticals.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Projects, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Business Heads.
  • Prepare and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions on financial KPIs, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
  • Prepare executive presentations, MIS packs, and board decks.
  • Ensure alignment of finance SOPs, risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
  • Track monthly cash flow, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics with relevant owners.
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, board updates, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
  • Track implementation of internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans.
  • Facilitate periodic cross-functional review meetings and ensure documentation of action items and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A CA or MBA Finance professional with 1-3 years of experience in finance program management, senior leadership offices, or strategic initiative roles, preferably in industries such as design and build, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in ERP, dashboards, and cross-functional governance.
