Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning portfolio managers, and learning specialists to ensure content accuracy and efficacy.
  • Utilize a range of authoring tools and technologies, including interactive content authoring tools, learning management systems, video editing software, and project management tools.
  • Manage operational aspects of assigned programs, including project management, content versioning, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the development process to uphold our standard of excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning experience design, and learning and development.
  • Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change, solicit input, and support decision-making.
