Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing network incidents, changes, and problems. It also includes technical support for business IT queries and information, as well as day-to-day monitoring of the network infrastructure.

  • Network Incident Management: Oversee network incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for business IT queries and information.
  • Daily Network Monitoring: Monitor the network on a daily basis to identify potential issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and review network reports on change, capacity, and incident.
  • Project Participation: Participate in network projects and proof of concept new technologies.
  • Compliance: Submit reports as per business and customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Audit: Audit network configuration according to SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and hands-on expertise in switching and SD-WAN management.

  • Networking Concepts: Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
  • Network Hardware and Protocols: Familiarity with network hardware and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting Tools: Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Telecommunications. Hold certifications such as CCNA, NNCIA, or VCP.
