Job Opportunity: Zonal Head - Sales and Marketing

The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction, growth, and management of sales and marketing functions across two locations in Ahmedabad. This role encompasses developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance market share, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and generate new business opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  1. Develop a zonal sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives and execute it effectively.
  2. Drive revenue growth through effective management of Doctor's Relations, Corporate Relations, Insurance & TPA Relations, and New Business Development.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored healthcare packages and services.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance providers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Competencies:

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Proficiency in developing and executing long-term strategies that align with business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
