Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analysis to support business users and drive data-driven decisions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business's day-to-day challenges and identify how data can address these issues.
- Compile, clean, and analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and insights.
- Develop and deliver clear, effective visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously monitor and refine data analysis processes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to solve business problems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a straightforward manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other programming languages or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
