Job Title: Treasury Fund Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily banking and treasury functions to ensure accurate and timely posting of all bank transactions.

  • This includes performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.

  • Additionally, the role involves managing daily fund flow and maintaining optimal fund balances, monitoring and processing fund transfers, bank deposits, and payments.

  • Another key responsibility is reconciling transactions from various payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.) with internal financial systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to payment processing and settlement.

  • Other duties include assisting in month-end closing processes by preparing relevant journal entries, supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions as needed, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls.

  • A strong analytical skillset, particularly in Excel, is essential for this role, along with experience working with automation tools or improved methodologies for data reconciliation and reporting.

 Requirements:

  • Expertise in advanced Excel techniques, such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

  • Proven experience in managing cash flow forecasts and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across financial records.

  • Able to identify opportunities to streamline and improve reconciliation and treasury processes, implementing automation tools or improved methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
