About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our enterprise risk management function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To spearhead BAU & automation related projects of the vertical
  • Responsible for managing at least one business vertical from Early Warning & Market Intelligence Unit perspective and contribute to manage the Regulator's expectation
  • Implementation of systems, process/framework and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery
  • Closely collaborate with Business Relationship Teams, Credit Risk and Technology Teams to bring- in efficiency in
  • Establish traction with external vendors, stakeholders and Audit Teams to meet the day to day requirement of the vertical

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary between ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (based on experience) along with other benefits including medical insurance, pension plan, etc.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM
