Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology.

  • Performing field instrument, control and shutdown valve, analyzer, and control system engineering activities.
  • Reviewing and updating equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation (e.g., transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers).
  • Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Understanding asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Developing expertise in preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring tasks related to assets.
  • Standardizing instrumentation maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hazardous area classification and international instrumentation standards.

Required Skills:

  • Instrumentation and electrical maintenance and inspection.
  • Field instrumentation.
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

  • SAP PM Module.
  • Asset Performance Management.

Minimum Experience Required:

5-10 years

Educational Qualification:

University Degree in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or related full-time university degree
