Full Stack Developer Role

You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers. This involves collaborating closely with UX designers, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and optionally Spring MVC frameworks.
  • Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to implement intuitive and accessible designs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React development.
  • Familiarity with Spring MVC is beneficial.
  • Able to work across the full stack, from database to user interface.
  • Experience in UX development, including accessibility and responsive design.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
