Job Title: Expert Senior Full Stack Dev, MERN

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished senior full stack engineer to join our team. As a key member of our fully remote distributed team based in India, you will be responsible for collaborating with our existing team, sharing knowledge and experience, conducting code reviews and architecture reviews, enforcing software engineering best practices, and contributing to the development of large-scale web applications.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise with MERN stack, proven experience as an efficient and expert engineer, and the ability to create architectural patterns for scalable web applications.

To be successful in this role, you must be a high performer, trustworthy, and able to work well as part of a fully remote team. You must also fit into our team culture and add value to our culture.

Responsibilities
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings on Zoom
  • Collaborate with our existing team in India
  • Share knowledge and experience
  • Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews
  • Enforce software engineering best practices
  • Write well-documented code
  • Write unit tests for your work product
  • Be available full-time during IST daytime hours
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise with MERN stack
  • Proven experience as an efficient and expert engineer
  • Ability to create architectural patterns for scalable web applications
  • Experience with GraphQL, gRPC protocol, MySQL/RDS, Github, JIRA & AWS, and AI tools is highly desirable
Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate between $18 to $28/hour net to the successful candidate, determined based on skills, experience, a successful technical interview and background check.

This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity.
