Network Security Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in the IT industry, you have a unique chance to lead and manage a team of 350+ professionals responsible for overseeing all aspects of network and cyber security delivery. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for network and cyber security, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of network and cyber security services, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance network and cyber security delivery, continually monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, oversee team members, and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting diversity and an inclusive workplace.
  • Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with a significant portion of that in a leadership or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and Cyber Security industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial in a global environment.
