Sports Content Manager

Essential duties for this role include verifying the accuracy of statistical data, proofreading articles to ensure no avoidable errors remain and publishing timely news-based content. As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding allocated writers to refine their quality and output.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily
  • Proofread articles to ensure no errors remain
  • Mentor writers to enhance their quality and output
  • Manage smooth operations of writers in the sport division
  • Undertake other key duties as instructed by the Editorial Team Lead

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months experience in proofreading and/or content editing
  • Prior experience leading a team of writers is an additional plus
