Senior Design Lead

We're looking for a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience across our consumer app, web checkout, and vendor/ops dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:- You'll design intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
- Your focus will be on creating seamless journeys for browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking.
- You'll work closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
- You'll review live builds to ensure they match the design intent.
- You'll use AI-assisted workflows to cut busywork and spend more time on high-value design.
- You have 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
- Your portfolio showcases real problem solving (not just polished visuals).
- You're proficient in Figma and have a strong sense for structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
- You can communicate decisions clearly and move fast without overthinking.
- You're aware of accessibility and how to make designs feel effortless for everyone.
