UI/UX Graphic Designer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in designing intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences.

This role involves leading the design process from ideation to final execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.

The job requires solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems, familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
