This is a career-defining opportunity for an exceptional HubSpot Designer to join our team. As a key player in the organization, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging web pages, landing pages, and custom modules on the HubSpot platform.

You will play a critical role in leveraging the capabilities of HubSpot to support business objectives and enhance customer experience. Your expertise in designing dynamic content and personalization strategies will enable you to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.
  • Optimize HubSpot and website pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
  • Build and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and prototype web pages using Figma/XD, then build and deploy them in HubSpot.
  • Create visually engaging marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and website content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience through intuitive layouts and navigation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in HubSpot (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources).
  • Ensure all HubSpot assets are responsive and display correctly across devices and screen sizes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web assets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance functionality and aesthetics.
