Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead and manage our credit evaluation and control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining healthy cash flow while supporting business growth and customer relationships.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective credit control procedures, including credit limits and policies, to minimize divisional credit exposure.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring of the credit evaluation and control function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Collaborate with the finance function to ensure healthy cash flow for the division, driving return on capital employed (ROCE) and working capital optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and other stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Coach and support the credit evaluation and control team in managing day-to-day activities using the Accounts Receivable solution.

As a seasoned professional in credit control, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced credit controllers across head office and regional offices. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and implementing credit control procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
