About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Retail Store Designer with expertise in retail store design, detailing, 3D design, and rendering to lead our team's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Store Design & Detailing:

  • Create innovative and functional retail store concepts that align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

3D Design & Rendering:

  • Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare photo-realistic renderings for client presentations and internal reviews to showcase materiality, lighting, and spatial quality.
  • Utilize rendering software to enhance design visualization and storytelling capabilities.

Presentation Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing or business development team to enhance visual storytelling and create engaging client presentations.
  • Ensure presentations effectively convey the design intent and align with client expectations to drive successful project outcomes.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination and timely project completion.
  • Oversee and coordinate retail store rollouts to ensure consistency and quality across multiple locations.
  • Participate in site visits to review construction progress and address any technical issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create accurate construction documents.
  • Expertise in 3D rendering software to develop high-quality visualizations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is beneficial for efficient project coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes.
