Job Overview

This role is crucial in supporting the Country Head in delivering strategic program agendas, managing programs, and reporting initiatives across functions.

The position will collaborate with senior stakeholders on key strategic and governance projects, as well as serve as a strategic enabler for employee-centric initiatives such as CSR and volunteering.

  • Program Management and Governance
  • This role ensures alignment of key projects with the organization's strategic roadmap, reports progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Supports the Country Head in delivering strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and outcomes.
  • Maintains central program documentation, defines KPIs/SLAs, and tracks governance forum actions.
  • CSR & Employee Engagement
  • Coordinates CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
  • Partners with NGOs and internal CSR committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives, including funding proposals, volunteering drives, and employee participation metrics.
  • Collaborates with communications and branding teams to articulate the impact of CSR initiatives and promote broad-based engagement.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Creates and manages dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
  • Designs high-quality presentations and visual content supporting internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • University degree related to Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or similar.
  • 8+ years' total experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge around efficient use of project tools, e.g., MS Project, excel-based project trackers, templates.
