Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of new hires. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse learning needs of different groups.

Key responsibilities include conducting new hire training, soft skills, and negotiation skill training. Additionally, you will complete monthly cyclic activities such as refresher training, update training, and PKT. Sensitizing to training needs and understanding learning requirements of different learning groups are also critical aspects of this role.

Operational Functions:

As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring calls across teams every month. You will also nominate and groom floorwalkers amongst the team regularly. Conducting process refreshers and policy refreshers, nominating advisors to conduct buzz sessions, and handling all escalation calls for the team are additional responsibilities of this role.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include managing attrition through regular communication with advisors and tracking early warning signs (EWS) through changes in behavior, performance, and attendance. Regular feedback to team members regarding performance and any issues that need escalation is also crucial.
