AI Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the development of advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG based models. They should be able to lead the creation and fine-tuning of Generative AI models to assist in analysis creation for problem discovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI models using cloud-based Machine Learning platforms such as Amazon Sagemaker, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Google Datalab – ML Engine – AutoML, H2O, etc.
  • Lead the development of reference architectures for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures to support connected data and ML pipeline executions in real-time.
  • Collaborate with technical architects to evolve frameworks for Gen-AI and AI/ML methodologies.
  • Mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers on best practices in GenAI and AI/ML.
  • Consult on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI.
  • 12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience.
  • Hands-on skills in Python using open-source libraries.
  • Experience in building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modelling as a service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Significant hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.
  • Exposure to cloud-based Machine Learning platforms.
  • Experience in leveraging open-source LLMs and prompt engineering.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in building scalable and efficient AI/ML systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
