About the Role

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a leading HR Consulting and Recruitment firm, seeks a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join its team in Bangalore. As a dynamic and growing company, we cater to various industries, including ITES, Non-IT, IT, and Executive Search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-ups and research on target clients.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Ecommerce or Marketplaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of inside sales, b2b sales, business development, and telesales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and possess strong analytical skills.
