Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Accounting: Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with US GAAP standards, monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions, review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Communication: Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in US night shifts.
