Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Leader to manage complex embedded software and hardware programs across the entire product lifecycle—from concept development to successful market launch.

This role demands a highly skilled and experienced professional who can effectively lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful execution of deliverables in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including architecture, prototyping, and mass production.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and high product yield.
  • Interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), PCB design houses, and vendors regularly to ensure project plans are updated periodically and plans are put in place to avoid execution delays.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive execution excellence with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regular program reviews.
  • Manage change control and documentation for design revisions and process updates.
  • Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to provide timely updates.
  • Connect with regulatory certification agencies to develop a plan for product certification and drive schedule to meet product launch timelines.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of embedded products, including hardware design, firmware integration, validation, certification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Work closely with embedded software and systems teams to ensure product functionality aligns with hardware constraints and timelines.
  • Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to validate integration, resolve technical blockers, and maintain quality standards.
