Role Overview

As a Procter & Gamble Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our market strategy and planning team. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Extracting multiple distribution and sales reports from different sources and presenting them in a clear and actionable format.
  2. Maintaining dashboards and master data files to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate on a monthly basis.
  3. Tracking progress of initiatives via reports at geographic and channel levels.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding on-ground execution, including product pricing changes, new product launches, and communication with team members.
  5. Building and delivering monthly sales, POSM, and product booklets with the design agency.
  6. Tracking delivery and creation of POSMs across 29 states.
  7. Ensuring stock sufficiency at all distributor locations by collaborating with the market planner.
  8. Collating national execution catalogues for key initiatives by collaborating with all sites.
  9. Leading coordination for product samples for MOT as and when needed.
  10. Publishing sales fundamentals reports and collating data for key initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in management or a related field.
  • Prior experience of 1-4 years in collating and analyzing data.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience working with Nielsen Answers and Trade/Retail marketing preferred.
