  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms
Requirements:
  • 10-14 years of experience driving business and last mile operations
  • Experience handling complex operations P&L, large-scale grey collar teams, and intricate ground operations
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics and drive informed decision-making
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential
