HVAC System Designer

The role of MEP and HVAC Design Engineer involves designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing HVAC systems and preparing technical documentation. They will be responsible for performing heat load calculations, selecting equipment, and developing BOQs and technical specifications.
- Design and select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
- Prepare HVAC system layouts using AutoCAD/Revit software.
- Develop design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure project integration.
For this position, we are looking for a skilled engineer with:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and operation.
- Familiarity with building codes, industry standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE), and architectural requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
