We're building India's new medicine cabinet without relying on medication.

Our goal is to create daily-use natural care products for sleep, stress, skin, hair, pain & gut health.

Born from personal struggles with burnout, sleepless nights, and stress—we aim to make health feel like a nurturing experience, not just treatment.

The Founder's Office is where innovative ideas are put into action. As an intern in this role, you'll collaborate directly with the founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

You'll be a researcher, operator, problem-solver, storyteller—depending on what the day requires. This is an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll gain hands-on experience building a zero-to-one consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the founder in developing business strategies, creating marketing campaigns, driving growth, managing operations, forging partnerships, and securing funding.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify consumer trends to inform RawRX's direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Based in Delhi NCR (Gurugram office) and willing to work in person.
  • Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate eager to learn through practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication—clear, sharp, and confident.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Passionate about wellness, startups, and consumer brands.
