About the Position:
We are seeking a Financial Management Expert to drive strategic financial planning, ensure compliance and deliver accurate reporting in a dynamic environment.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will support month/quarter/year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also drive annual operational planning and revenue reviews at multiple levels, perform variance analysis, and prepare management presentations with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Strategy
- Support financial planning and strategy to drive business growth.
- Develop multi-dimensional profitability models to inform investment decisions.
- Provide financial leadership to teams on strategy and growth initiatives.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure complete and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Handle vendor, client, and international transactions while ensuring cross-border compliance.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Operational Finance
- Manage accounts receivables, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Perform reconciliations across products, reports, and schedules.
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes to drive automation and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- CA / MBA Finance / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years' experience in finance and accounting within a global company.
- Strong exposure to international taxation laws and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools.
- Ability to present financial results to leadership clearly and effectively.
