About the Role:

We seek a proactive Business Finance expert to drive financial planning, manage debt fundraising, and deliver actionable insights through structured MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

  • Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Financial Insights:

  • Support business teams with data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze variances and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Debt Fundraising:

  • Manage end-to-end debt fundraising process (working capital, term loans, financing).
  • Build financial models, coordinate lender documentation, and oversee due diligence.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Design and manage dashboards, monthly MIS reports, and financial review decks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA (Finance) with 2–6 years of experience in start-ups or high-growth businesses.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, business performance metrics, and debt instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with MIS, budgeting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious mindset – proactive, agile, and outcome-driven.
