Quality Engineer

This role is responsible for ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, as well as skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process
- Conduct quality audits
- Implement quality management systems
- Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and standards that align with industry certifications like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Develop inspection plans and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and root cause analysis
- Manage non-conforming materials and ensure compliance with industry standards
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing procedures
