Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automation testing, with experience in ensuring product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Test Development: Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts to ensure high-quality products.
  • Testing Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail, and collaborate with dev teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements to processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes, as well as basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium, and knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Scripting: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
