Job Title:

Design Verification Manager

As a senior leader in the Design Verification domain, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation in the development of complex electronic systems.

  • Lead end-to-end technical leadership, project execution, and team management to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Develop and implement verification strategies, test plans, coverage goals, and closure metrics aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on SystemVerilog, UVM-based testbench development, coverage closure, debugging, and verification methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and DV engineers, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and lead multi-site DV teams, track progress, and mitigate risks through proactive planning and coordination.
  • Conduct regular status reporting, milestone reviews, and client interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure adherence to best practices in verification and project management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation, regression efficiency, and verification productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

For this challenging role, we are seeking an exceptional candidate with a strong background in Design Verification (IP / Subsystem / SoC level) and expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, and coverage-driven verification.

  • 14 to 20+ years of experience in Design Verification.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB) and Memory/DRAM verification flows.
  • Experience with Gate Level Simulation (GLS), Low Power (UPF), and Formal Verification is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to EDA tools such as Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, and Verdi.
  • Proven experience in project/program management, leading DV teams (10+ engineers).
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
