Job Title

A Team Lead/Operations Manager is required to oversee a team of employees in an international business process outsourcing (BPO) setting, focusing on healthcare or insurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in an international BPO and be proficient in operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, customer satisfaction (CSAT), net promoter score (NPS), and service level agreement (SLA).

Key responsibilities include day-to-day supervision, effective coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction meets contractual expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop team members, and work well under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members, monitor work and attendance
  • Coaching and training for high-performance delivery
  • Identify and address performance issues
  • Ensure services meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations
  • Communicate expectations and provide timely updates
  • Conduct team meetings and schedule activities
  • Stay current on internal policies and procedures
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
