Job Description:

As a Senior Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Linux infrastructure. This includes configuring and troubleshooting LVM concepts, multipath configurations, and log rotation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • LVM concept - FS creation, extension, and troubleshooting">
  • Multipath concept – Validating multipath, adding Luns and enabling multipath">
  • Ensuring performance specifications are met">
  • OS level trouble shooting in bringing up the server">
  • Patching servers to evaluate and correct OS vulnerabilities">
  • Coordinating with different vendors in case of any Hardware and OS level issues">
  • Implementing changes as per application team and DB team requirements at OS level">
  • Following Do's and Don'ts as per SLA and Wirpo Customer Process adherence while handling BAU">
  • Service management (NTP, SSH, AUTOFS etc)">
  • Fixing server access and bootable issues (including fixing grub)">
  • OS migration is an added advantage">
