Job Overview

The Digital Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless digital integration with customers and suppliers. This involves investigating and interpreting data, developing actionable solutions, and proactively identifying issues to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing EDI, Punchout, or OCR issues
  • Automating manual processes
  • Improving existing integrated customer processes through changes such as ERP updates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing OCR, EDI, CRM, or ERP integration projects, especially under tight deadlines
  • Strong experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and regular engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with UAT/sprint testing, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Outlook

Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with OCR systems and their implementation
  • ERP knowledge, experience with ARIBA, SAP, COUPA, including cXML integrations and Punchout setup
  • Experience managing shared mailboxes and responding efficiently
