Job Role Overview

\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, help implement best practice and new methodologies, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

\

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers and projects, varying in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

\

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish, with excellent prioritization and time management skills. They will also possess strong communication skills, be able to work well with internal and external teams, and have a collaborative approach to building, managing, and motivating project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Successful project implementation using project management best practices and methodologies.\
  • Manage project teams of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).\
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects as per agreed terms and conditions.\
  • Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.\
  • Adhere to PMO Governance and Project Reporting using project management tools.\
  • Deliver end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.\
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.\
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.\
  • Experience in delivering Cloud-based implementations and On-Prem solutions.\
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.\
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%.\
