About the Role

Prospection is a pioneer in healthcare analytics. In this position, you will leverage machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced SQL/Python analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from development to market launch and post-market monitoring, using advanced analytics.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years' experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets.
  • Strong solutioning mindset: able to unpack requirements through probing Q&A and translate business needs into analytical designs.
  • Proven client communication skills: confident running stakeholder meetings and presenting insights.
  • Team leadership: experience managing and mentoring analysts/scientists.
  • Technical excellence: advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel.
  • Healthcare analytics background with real-world/claims/EMR data.
  • Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
