Senior UX Craftsmanship Specialist

You'll join the Design to Life team as a Senior UX Designer where you'll help customers get value from the designs they've created. You'll connect our professional design services so customers can seamlessly transition between design and fulfillment experiences and bring their designs to life.

• Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading designs.
• Be hands-on at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life.
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation.
• Presentation concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
• Ensure cohesiveness with our design system and marketing brand guidelines.
• Share and evangelize user-centered design methods across our organization.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
• The ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
• A passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
• The ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences and accept and interpret feedback and constructive criticism.
• An understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• A passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and a willingness to learn and share new ideas with the team.
• Expertise in the latest design software to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
