Hiring a skilled Architectural Drafter to transform complex designs into precise, actionable plans.

Job Overview
  • We're looking for an experienced professional to translate conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.
  • They will ensure compliance & quality by applying in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to guarantee all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our team of architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive and flawless architectural design.
  • In addition, they will drive project efficiency by assisting in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • A strong analytical skillset is required to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

We require 5+ years of professional experience, a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects, and expertise in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is highly beneficial.
